Nia Shanks takes a no nonsense simple approach to fitness. She describes Health and fitness as how you eat and move your body that it’s about empowerment; becoming the best version of yourself. Nia say’s health and fitness should reduce your stress, build you up, and make your life better. It should show you the incredible things your body can do, and then leave you wanting to discover what else it is capable of.

Carly, is a Fitness Blogger and Personal Trainer from England. She say’s never wants to have to turn down a meal just to stay in shape, she’s all about Balance and finding a healthy and happy ways to feel incredible in your own skin.

Fitness on Toast

Fitness On Toast was founded in 2013 by Faya Nilsson, a half-Swedish half-English personal trainer. Initially, it was an honest place to share healthy & unusual recipes with her clients, to offer nutritional tips, to communicate informative workout ideas, and to curate ‘fitness fashion’ looks. It’s since grown significantly beyond that thanks to her inspirational ethos, innovative content, and the dedication to beautiful imagery.
