Fitness On Toast was founded in 2013 by Faya Nilsson, a half-Swedish half-English personal trainer. Initially, it was an honest place to share healthy & unusual recipes with her clients, to offer nutritional tips, to communicate informative workout ideas, and to curate ‘fitness fashion’ looks.
